After-Hours Vehicle Drop-Off

Mitchell Motorworks offers secure after-hours vehicle drop-off for customers with a previously scheduled or approved service appointment. Please follow the instructions below when leaving your vehicle outside normal business hours.

Before Dropping Off Your Vehicle

Your Customer Intake & Repair Agreement must be completed before leaving your vehicle and keys. This provides us with the information and authorization necessary to receive and service your vehicle.

If you have not completed the agreement, please do so before placing your keys in the drop box.

Parking Your Vehicle

Park in an available space in front of Mitchell Motorworks.

Please make sure your vehicle does not block:

• Bay or entry doors

• Other vehicles

• Driveways or access areas

• Neighboring businesses

Remove valuables and any personal belongings you may need before locking the vehicle.

Secure Your Vehicle

Make sure all windows are closed and lock the vehicle before leaving it.

Drop Off Your Keys

Place your vehicle key in the secure key drop box located next to the entrance door.

Please make sure the Repair Agreement has been completed before depositing your key.

What Happens Next?

Mitchell Motorworks will receive and process your vehicle when we reopen. We will contact you as needed regarding diagnostics, estimates, repair authorization, or other service information.

Dropping off a vehicle does not authorize repairs beyond those already approved. Additional work requiring authorization will be communicated to you before proceeding, subject to any additional authorization you have previously provided.

After-hours drop-off is intended for previously scheduled or approved vehicles only. Please do not leave an unscheduled vehicle without first arranging service with Mitchell Motorworks.
